Cancellation by Top Morocco Travel
Sometimes, due to a lack of interest in a Morocco vacation package or because the association cannot be established, the company may choose to terminate the whole tour before it has completed its course requirements. You will be notified of the cancellation at least fifteen (15) days prior to the departure date, except on the day of arrival. At its discretion, the company may, at its discretion, recommend other excursions, preferably to the same holiday destination or completely new excursions for you. The majority of refunds are expected to be issued within two weeks to one month if you decide not to accept any of the other choices. It is possible that refunds may take up to six weeks to be processed during the busiest season.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that every passenger purchase comprehensive journey insurance coverage to protect themselves against a variety of risks, including, but not limited to, loss or damage to baggage and possessions (including money), the cost of canceling your reservation, and the cost of medical and other treatments and assistance in the event of illness or accident. If you are unable to provide evidence of insurance coverage, certain airlines may refuse to allow you to travel. We’ll show you the appropriate cowl to wear. Because you failed to get enough insurance coverage, we accept no responsibility in any form for the consequences of your actions. All of the small print and important information should be checked thoroughly, no matter if we approved your insurance or not. For example, make sure that everything is correct and that you have filled out all of the necessary forms (such as pre-existing medical conditions).Failure to provide relevant information will have an impact on your insurance coverage.
Health & Conduct
All people who want to book a trip with us have to make sure they’re the right match and can do the things on the itinerary we have on our website. Any customers who have pre-existing medical conditions or illnesses should tell the company about them when they book their trip. They should also make sure that any medicine or other treatment they might need during the trip is available. A person who wants to go on a trip must show proof from a doctor that they are healthy enough to go on the trip. Failure to tell Top Morocco Travel about these situations would be a breach of those reservations, which would free Top Morocco Travel from any obligations or legal responsibility.
Traveler’s Responsibility
Tourists are in charge of finding a trip that fits their needs, even if they want to talk to a luxury Morocco tour company about a specific request. Prior to the trip, and to be in good enough health to participate in the trip. People who go on vacation are responsible for making sure they have the right clothes and equipment for their trip, unless the itinerary says otherwise. By sending the deposit and signing the terms and conditions, the traveler says that he or she doesn’t have any physical or other condition that could be dangerous for him or herself or other travelers.
Please be aware that if a trip has to be extended or the itinerary changed because of bad weather, bad roads, political or civil conflicts, a medical emergency, or other reasons that are out of our control, the related costs, together with any costs that can’t be recouped, aren’t included in the trip costs or refunds. In these cases, the traveler is responsible for paying for any extra costs in the area that he or she didn’t know about (e.g., meals, transport, lodging).
It is the responsibility of the traveler to make certain that all flights are in line with the planned route. It is not the responsibility of Top Morocco Travel to pay for any losses resulting from your inability to obtain airline tickets that permit you to take part in a reserved journey, nor is Top Morocco Travel responsible for any airline penalties or charges resulting from changes or cancellations of the journey once tickets have been issued.
