We will take in the night views of the ocean-front riad in Essaouira, where we’ll be staying for the evening.

Later, journey to Ouirgane Valley, located in the High Atlas mountains, making pitstops to visit an argan oil cooperative. For the next three days, stay in a traditional and warm riad.
After a delectable Berber breakfast, we will explore the Tinmel Mosque, one of only two mosques in Morocco that non-Muslims are able to visit. Afterwards, we will head to a neighboring village and check out the souk, where we can buy fresh organic fruits, vegetables, and meat. Following that, we will savor a savory lunch of kabobs, grilled meats, bread, and salad. Once done, we’ll be back at the riad for a cooking workshop to learn how to make Moroccan soup and traditional couscous. At the end of the trip, you will have cooked and eaten countless authentic Moroccan meals.
